At this visitor center for the War of 1812-era fort in Toronto, Ontario, I designed the user experience for two interactive touchscreens: a wayfinding touchscreen to orient users to the site, and another interactive program that lets visitors explore parallel stories of 1812-era inhabitants of the town and modern citizens. A feedback component allows visitors to tell their own stories.
