Recommitment to Marriage Equality — 10th Anniversary Video

Client: SAVE LGBTQ
Objective: Celebrate 10 years since Florida secured marriage equality in 2015 by documenting a ceremony held with advocates from SAVE and Equality Florida in January 2025.

My Role:
I handled all aspects of video production for this event recap—shooting, editing, and designing all motion graphics elements. The goal was to create a video that honored the hard-won progress of 2015 while capturing the spirit, humor, and urgency of the recommitment movement in 2025.

The video weaves together archival footage, personal reflections from original plaintiffs and advocates, and intimate moments from the celebration—including a surprise onstage proposal. I designed the visual structure to move between joy and reflection, ending with a rallying call for continued unity and courage in the face of renewed challenges.

The result is a heartfelt tribute to love, resilience, and the power of community action.
