Unbroken Circle Immersion Theater

Client: The Birthplace of Country Music Museum

Agency: Hillmann & Carr Inc.

Role: Editor, Motion Graphics Artist

Creative Director: Jennifer Gruber

The Birthplace of Country Music Museum in Bristol, Virginia celebrates the seminal 1927 Bristol Sessions, a series of recordings that became the first commercially successful examples of country music. The Unbroken Circle Theater is the closing theater in the permanent exhibit, and it showcases how country music's influence has spread from one corner of Southwest Virginia to be a cultural force throughout America, and around the world. I edited this piece and created a suite of motion graphics that riffed off the idea of curving lines connecting different branches of a common musical tree.
