The following are some samples of my writing. As a strategic communications specialist working in advocacy and persuasion, I have written scripts for video ads which have received hundreds of thousands of views, press releases and media advisories which have resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars of earned media coverage, Op-Eds which have appeared in major media outlets, and more.

Christopher Richmond Hired as Miami-Dade Democratic Party’s Digital and Development Director
Filmmaker and digital storyteller begins this week
Miami, FL: The Miami-Dade Democratic Party has hired filmmaker and digital storyteller Christopher Richmond, 35, as its new Digital and Development Director.
A field organizer and canvasser for multiple presidential campaigns, Richmond went on to receive a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Film and Electronic Media from American University in Washington DC. He has produced educational films and interactive media that tell United States history for museums and cultural institutions around North America. His work has appeared in the Smithsonian National Museum of American History, the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, the Library of Congress, the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, the National Museum of the Marine Corps, and others.
Neuroparticle Website
The medical device team at Weinberg Medical Physics asked me to develop a website for their new non-invasive brain therapy, which is in clinical trials. Called “Neuroparticle,” it was without a branding package, much less a website, so I set out to develop a visual vocabulary for this exciting new technology, as well as create an inviting website for investors and other members of the public to learn more about the technology.
The Library of Congress
"Drawing Justice: the art of courtroom illustration" was a special exhibition by the Library of Congress. For this exhibition, I designed an interactive touchscreen, which allowed visitors to explore these courtroom drawings in greater depth — organized by theme, or organized by artist.
Game: Washington's Next Move
Based on an actual war council that George Washington convened to advise him on his choices in 1780, the aim of this interactive is to teach visitors about the real choices Washington faced, and then show them what he ended up doing to wind down the American Revolution.
Fort York Wayfinding Interactive
The Fort York National Historic Site in Toronto, Ontario is the site of an important 18th-century fort, which was destroyed in a battle during the War of 1812. For the new visitor center, I designed an interactive wayfinding map which helps visitors find their way around the visitor center, the historic fort and the surrounding neighborhood.
